Mass of Christian Burial for 103 year old Loretta Rosenow (Ros-know) of Harlan will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, March 10th at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Harlan.  Burial will be in the Union Township Cemetery in Defiance. Loretta Rosenow passed away on March 7th at Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan.  Survivors include her daughter Marjorie Kramer (Robert) of Harlan; son Donald (Lois) of Tipton; daughter in law Mildred Rosenow of Shelby; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.  The Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of the arrangements.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 9th from 4 to 9 pm with a Wake Service at 7 pm.

Memorial Services for 79 year old Marcella M. Christiansen of Atlantic will be held on Wednesday, March 10th at 11 am in the Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Anita.  Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Anita.  Marcella Christiansen died on Friday, March 5th at the Colonial Manor. Survivors include her children Cathy Hankemier of Atlantic; Katrina Christiansen of Atlantic; Rodney Watkins of Omaha; and Roland Watkins of Omaha. Funeral services for 85 year old Lorene Cox will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday March 11th at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home. Lorene Passed away on March 7th in her home. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Survivors include Douglas (Julianna) Cox of Garner, IA; Terry (Terri) Cox of Harlan; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services for 27 year old Michael A. Erickson of Lewis will be held on Thursday, March 11th, at 2pm at the Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic. Michael Erickson passed away on March 7th at Cass County Memorial Hospital.   Survivors include his wife Teresa Ericksen of Lewis, parents Roger (Debra) Ericksen of Lewis, Linda Ericksen of Des Moines, children Miranda and Tyler of Lewis, and Trinity and Trey of Lewis, sister Christina (Gabriel) Salcedo of Des Moines, and many other relatives and friends. The Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic is in charge of the arrangements where where friends my call on Wednesday from 6-8pm.  The family suggests memorials to the family.

Funeral Services for 90 year old Evelyn M. Meyer formerly of Atlantic will be held in the Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic on Saturday March 13th at 10 am. Evelyn Meyer died on Sunday, March 7th at Saint Anthony Central Hospital in Denver.  Survivors include her children Gene Meyer (Terri) of Atlantic; Jon Meyer (Patty) of Atlantic; Sheri Larson of Arvada, Co; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. The Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic is in charge of the arrangements. Open visitation will be held daily from 8-5:30 and a visitation with the family will be at 9 am on Saturday morning prior to the services.
