State Track Qualifiers Announced –
 
(5-10-24) – The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union and Iowa High School Athletic Association announced the qualifiers who will participate in the State Track & Field Meet on Friday.

In Class 3A, Harlan Community qualified for 12 events, 4 for the girls and 8 with the boys. Lindsey Sonderman will run in 3 events, the 1500m, 3000m, and the Distance Medley, while Abby Broeckelmen earned an at-large bid in the 400m hurdles. Cade Sears and Matthew Sorfonden will compete in 4 events each; the 100m, 200m, 4x100m, and 4x200m.
