City of Earling - Janice Gaul received 36 votes for mayor and there were 2 write-in votes. For City Council at Large – 2 seats were eligible – Jill Schiltz received 35 votes, Brandon Boger 22 votes and there were 4 write-in votes. City of Elk Horn - Stan Jens received 53 votes for mayor and there were 4 write-in votes. For City Council At-Large, with 2 seats available, Timothy Fredericksen and Danny L. Petersen tied with 59 votes each, Nate Potts received 48 votes and there were 4 write-in votes. The Public measure SX, Increasing the Hotel/Motel tax from 5 to 7% received 53 yes votes to 7 no votes. City of Harlan – Michael Kolbe received 612 votes with 12 write-in votes. For City Council at Large – Troy Schaben received 577 and there were 7 write in votes. For City Council Ward 2, Richard Petersen received 210 votes with 1 write-in vote and for Harlan City Council Ward 4, Gregory Bladt received 96 votes with 2 write-in votes. City of Irwin – James Borcher was the mayoral winner with 54 votes. For City of Irwin City Council at-large with 2 seats available, Jonna Willadsen received 46 votes, Richard Wigg, 42 votes, Jim Kramer 22 votes and Jessie Bates 11 votes. City of Kirkman - All votes were write-in votes, 9 for mayor and 25 for the 3 City Council Seats. City of Panama – There was no one on the ballot for the City of Panama. There were 24 write-in votes for Mayor and 46 write-in votes of 2 city council seats. City of Portsmouth - William J. Sondag received 18 votes and there were 20 write-in votes for mayor. For 2 City Council at Large seats, Darci Paxton and Teri Dunn each received 29 votes with 10 write in votes. City of Shelby - Ron Kroll received 92 votes for mayor with 37 write in votes. # seats were available for the City Council At Large with Christopher J. Evans receiving 99 votes, Karen Schlueter, 79 votes, Donavon Dontje, 77 votes and Robert Mortonn 75 votes, with 15 write-in votes. City of Tennant – For mayor, James W. Brantner received 14 votes. For City Council At Large, with 3 open seats, Ralph Heese received 14 votes, Mark Tearney 10 votes and there were 14 write-in votes. City of Westphalia - Jerome Gross received 19 votes for mayor. There was 1 write-in vote. Jerome Schneider received 20 votes for one of the two City Council at Large seats. There were 6 write-in votes. AHSTW School District - For director at Large, Steven Kock received 74 votes with Michelle Mertz receiving 73 votes. For AHSTW Director District 2, Kim Wise has 101 votes with Robert Bryant 54 votes. In Director District 3, Allen D. Cords received 126 votes. And in Director District 5, there were 14 write-in votes. And the AHSTW Public Measure SA received 93 yes votes to 73 no votes. Boyer Valley School District – For Director District 1, 2 seats available, Candace Ueding received 7 votes and there were 7 write-in votes. School Director District 2, with 2 seats available, Steve Puck received 10 votes, Paul Klein 8 votes and Jeffrey Miller 8 votes. Elk Horn Kimballton School District – For Director at Large – 4 seats available, Joel Schlueter received 66 votes, Jodee Dixon, 61 votes, Terri Harris, 60 votes and Matthew Jorgensen 57 votes. Harlan Community School District - Joni Larsen received 716 votes for Director District 5 with Allyson Bendorf receiving 435 votes. Tarah Devlin Lawler received 768 votes For Director District 6 with 106 write in votes. In Director District 7, Monte Schechinger received 920 votes with 7 write-in votes. In Director District 3 to fill a vacancy, Seth Piro received 838 votes with 8 write-ins. Public Measure SY – the 1- year PPEL renewal passed with 728 yes votes to 415 no votes and the Public Measure SZ, the instruction support Levy/Income Surtax passed with 710 yes votes to 426 no votes. IKM-Manning School District - Zachary J. Meiners received 87 votes for the Director at Large position.
