Harlan Community Boys’ Soccer Continues to Roll, Beat Red Oak, 5-1 -

(4-21-25) – The wins keep piling up for Cyclone boys’ soccer.

Spencer Fink had a pair of goals in Harlan Community’s 5-1 win over Red Oak at Merrill Field on Monday. Fink said his teammates put him in great positions to score.

“This team played great today. Pretty good balls through the middle and on the outside. We didn't have (Landon) Nihsen up top which really concerned us, but then we all pulled through and played together.”

Cyclone Coach Dave Voge talked about what he’s seen from his team during their current three-game winning streak.

“We're starting to gel a little bit together here. We're passing the ball a lot better, keeping a little bit better possession.”

Nolan Schwery, Jamison Clark, and Alan Lopez all with goals for Harlan Community, who will next play in the Sergeant Bluff-Luton tournament on Saturday.
