Short-handed Tigers BB Pulls Off Win Over Lo-Ma, 4-2 -

(5-28-25) - The Highway 30 rivalry renewed between Logan-Magnolia and Woodbine and Brody Pryor was an all-around hero for the Tigers. His RBI single in the 5th would drive in an important run as Woodbine would hold on for a 4-2 win over Logan-Magnolia.

Pryor, who got the spot start and went 4 1/3 innings while giving up just one run and striking out 7, talked about getting the win in their town rivalry.

“It’s always a great matchup. They live real close and you just see them all the time and it's always great to beat them. We never lose to them.”

Woodbine played the game short-handed as five starters were gone playing at State Golf.

A big moment was in the 6th, when the Tigers Hayden Butrick got out of a bases loaded jam. Butrick talked about that moment.

“I came out starting a little rough, but I know my guys. I know they have my back. I know of what I do and I do it as I should. I'm just gonna throw strikes.”

Butrick got the save, going 2 2/3 innings giving up just one run and striking out 3.

The Panthers Macklin Loftus was the hard-luck loser, allowing 2 unearned runs over 3 no-hit innings while striking out 7.
